Asthma and swimming
Many great athletes have suffered from asthma. Swimmers are no exception. Most just get on with their sport. However, you must let the A.S.A. know what you are taking.

A.G.M.
Verulam Swimming Clubs' A.G.M. is held annually during the month of March. It is an opportunity for those with anything to do with the club to come along and air their views. And if you are a member of the club you can vote too.

If you're an official or just an anorak,

Photography and videography

Membership fees
Yes, I know, your favourite bit. But we all have to pay sometime. Verulam club fees are due twice a year. The dates for renewing membership are 1st April and 1st October. Put these dates in your diary as there is a £10 rejoining fee should your membership lapse and we don't want that, do we?
Drugs in Sport
This affects swimmers too. It might all sound a bit heavy, but it's all too easy to get caught out. Keep up to date by clicking on the FINA pic to find out more.....
